The Inovra Group was founded with a hope to help businesses integrate world-class practices into businesses ranging from the micro (less than 10 employees and less than £2M annual turnover ) up to mid-sized (less than 250 employees and less than £50M annual turnover).
Our founders identified that enterprise businesses are large enough to employ departments of risk managers, auditors and compliance managers, whilst this may be out of reach of most micro, small and medium businesses, depriving them of the specialist knowledge necessary to be a truly world-class company.
The Inovra Group now offers management consultancy, auditing and training services to our clients, sharing the benefit of decades’ worth of experience in management, technology and ISO consultancy and auditing.
Our vision is to be a leading management consultancy for the micro to mid-sized business sector in the UK.
Our three-part strategy – centred on consultancy, training and auditing services – aims to deliver this, whilst generating sufficient returns to allow us to grow, expand our service offering, whilst supporting the continued growth of our existing client base.
We are focusing on our core business – helping yours. We are also find new ways to grow in those strategic areas.
